So I'm copying a little from Dr. Seuss. I don't think he would care if he knew its because we are excited for Finley's newest and greatest milestone. She is sitting up! She still needs lots of assistance and protective pillows, but she is working hard on this motor skill. She has always wanted to see what her sister Ryanne is up to, so that is probably incentive enough to keep working on it. She did it the first time when her Aunt Jen was in town....I rushed for the camera, took a few shots, and was able to catch her on her tumble over.

We went to her 6 month check up today and here are her stats:
Weight: 16 lbs 11 oz (50th percentile)
Height: 27 1/2 " (97th percentile)
Head circumference: 44 1/cm (90th percentile)
